Yes it does. It’s not only the salary that matters, it’s also how you do your job and how you keep track of it. I think you have to be very disciplined in your work and make sure you have the right systems and processes in place. It means that you have to be really good at your job and you can’t just do it because you’re lazy or because you think you’re an expert.

I think the thing that is very important about a good programmer is that they have to take what they do seriously and do a good job of it. The most common situation in your work is that you need to have a lot of other people around you at the same time so you can have an effective team. I am sure that some organizations have a similar problem. I have seen a lot of companies come up with a similar strategy, but it’s never exactly the same.

You might be able to solve the problem for yourself, but if you have to hire a lot of people to do it for you, it becomes a much more difficult problem. It becomes much harder to control where and when you can have them. And the more people you have to hire, the harder it becomes to make sure you get the job done.
