Yes it does. It’s not only the salary that matters, it’s also how you do your job and how you keep track of it. I think you have to be very disciplined in your work and make sure you have the right systems and processes in place. It means that you have to be really good at your job and you can’t just do it because you’re lazy or because you think you’re an expert.
I think the thing that is very important about a good programmer is that they have to take what they do seriously and do a good job of it. If you are good at your job, you are also good at looking for opportunities to improve. If you are good at looking for opportunities to improve, you are also good at managing your time. You have to be very good at the two, because the third one is very hard.

What I really love about working at an IBM business-analytic company is the opportunity to work in an organization that has a real culture of open communication and collaboration. But the reality is that there are thousands of businesses out there that are doing the exact same thing with much less data. And they might just have the same problem.
The most common situation in your work is that you need to have a lot of other people around you at the same time so you can have an effective team. I am sure that some organizations have a similar problem. I have seen a lot of companies come up with a similar strategy, but it’s never exactly the same.
You might be able to solve the problem for yourself, but if you have to hire a lot of people to do it for you, it becomes a much more difficult problem. It becomes much harder to control where and when you can have them. And the more people you have to hire, the harder it becomes to make sure you get the job done.
